1) Politeness, obedience, good manners, truthfulness and respect towards each other and all staff members is expected from every child.
2) During the absence of the teacher the captains are responsible for the order and discipline of the class. If the teacher does not arrive in the class 3 minutes after the bell, only captain should make enquiries at office.
3) When the students go for P. T/Game or moved along the corridor or up and down the stairs as while changing class they must wallk in single line in Silence and maintain left side.
4) Students must take sufficient care of their personal appearance. If a student will come late for three days without mentioning reasonable cause in diary they will be sent back.
5) Student must take sufficient care of their personal appearance. A student coming to school with untidy clothes, hair and shoes will be sent back.
6) Students are forbidden to play, shout or run in the classrooms and corridors.
7) No student is allowed to remain in the classroom during drill assembly or recess period.
8) Students should never sit on the Teacher's chair in the classroom nor on top of the desk.
9) Help to keep your school clean. It is strictly Forbidden to write or scratch on the school walls furniture and black boards. Stdents are not allowed to throw paper, sking,seeds or other rubbish on the floor. A student found guilty of any such act is liable for punishment.
10) Any form of misuse of school property will be considered as misbehaviour. Any damage done in or about the school premises or to school property by student must be compensated by the parents.
11) Books must be covered with brown paper. Students are responsible for the safety for their own books,Pens, tiffin carriers, umbrellas and raincoats. All these articles should bear the name of the owner. It is not permitted for the students to have money or the valuable ornaments or the articles with them.
12) Parents should not take their children home during class hours. In unavoidable circumstances permission must be obtained from the principal /HM. In such case children will be sent home only with their parents or Guardians.
13) No books,pamphelts, cinema poster on other literature of any kind that has not been approved by the school authorities are to be brought into the school premises.
14) The students will not participate in any commercial activity (collection boxes, gifts) with or without participation of any school staff for any reason and will not distribute pamphlets without permission of the principal.
15) The students are not allowed to buy eatables from hawkers and vendors near the school in school time.
16) Habitual late attendance, repeated unjustified absence, disobedience, unbecoming language or influence or the habitual breaking of school rules are sufficient reason for the dismissal of a students.
17) Lying, deceitful behaviour and cheating of any kind will be considered a major offence in the school and can lean to suspension of the child from the school.
18) Use of nail polish, perfumes,fancy articles and other age and inappropriate things are not allowed in the school premises.
19) To safeguard the interest of all students of Ithe school disciplinary action even to the extent of dismissal may be considered in the event of misconduct causing injury to another or damage to the physical or moral tones of the school.
20) Bullying and use of foul language are punishable offence.
21) Not toys or electronic gadgets to be brought to the school. No expensive wach to be worn or else will be confiscated.
22) Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones or wear any types of golden Jewelry in the school.
It is essential for every student to come to school wearing the correct school uniform according to the school patterns. Any change in the shade and patterns will not be accepted. Girl should wear black slacks which be self-purchase for yoga and sports. The school uniform is discipline in itself and must be adhered to strictly. All students are expected to wear accordingly.
1) All leave notes should be mark in the school calendar.
2) No long leave of absence will be granted except on written application from the Parents/ Guardian.
3) No students must remain absent on the opening day after vacation and on the last working day before vacation. Those who remain absent on those day without leave will be fined Rs. 50/- or more according to the discretion of the Principal/ H. M.
4) A long leave more than for fivevdays will not be granted for any family function.
5) It is compulsory for all students to achieve 75% attendance before every exam, to make them eligible to sit for the examination. In case proceeding on shot, the students will not eligible.
6) Leave for going out of station should be approved prior to proceeding on leave or leave or else Rs. 10 /- will be charged as fine per day.
1) If a student is absent on account of illness he/she must bring a note from his/her Parent/gaurdians in the school diary. In case the illness is likely to keep the students away from the school for more than 3 days, a letter supported by medical certificate should be brought to the Principal/H.M.
2) A student who has been absent on the previons day will not be admitted to the class without a letter from the parent or in school diary stating the reason for the absence.
3) If child is liable to be absent through illness or due to any other unavoidable reasons for more than a week, the principal must be informed within a week. If not informed in time, after a fortnight of such absence, his name will be struck off the rolls.
1) Parents wishing to meet the student during working hours must arrange to do so through the Principal / H. M.
2) Complaints of any kind should be made in writing to the Principal /H.M.
3) Parents must understand that they cannot dedicate terms to the management but that the management has the right to say on what condition they will admit to retain students in their institution.
4) Once the admission is confirmed parents cannot ask for the change of division or house.
5) Telephone call of parents will be receive during the given schedule only.
6) In any accidental case School authorities will not be responsible for any medical expenditure, parents will pay for that.
7) On birthday of your ward please don't send chocolates, you may send cakes sweets and biscuits or any gift of less than Rs. 5/- to distribute among the students.
8) Students are not allowed to bring pen drive, mobile phones, C.D. cassettes a radios or any electronic device to school.
9) The school does not encourage a recommended private, personal tution. Parents are requested not to engage or approch the school teachers for this purpose. If any student is found taking private tuition from any school teacher, he /she will not be allowed to continue in the school.
10) If the student has any difficulty in studies, parents may approach the principal/ H. M. for guidance. It is compulsory for all students to appear in the all examination conducted by the school. No student is allowed to miss any examination. The school is taking all the steps for the progress and development of the students in the right direction. Parents are requested to co-operate with the school in this task.
11) The school communication will be done throughly by mobile message since it's not easy to read/ write /note message in diary of child every time. For the same you are abinding to read message which you will get on mobile phone every time.
1) Please do not get into an argument with the conductor or driver present in the bus. In case of any problem, please write a complaint to the school office.
2) Student should not stand on the foot- boards.
3) The bus will be only at the stops allotted to the particular bus route by the authorities and no change in the stop will be considered once fixed by the school. No student can change the bus route without permission from the school office.
4) Parents should not make changes in the bus route consulting the driver or conductors; If they want to change the stop or the bus route. Any change in the home address should be intimated to the office along with the telephone number immediately.
5) Discipline will be maintained by the pupils while travelling in the school bus. Any Pupil found guilty will not be allowed to avail the bus facility. A pupil shall forfeit bus facility if involved in damage to the bus property. Beside the damage done will have to be compensated by the pupil.
6) Parents are requested to see that the younger children should board the correct bus and their dispute somebody to receive the child from the same stop at the specified time on return trip form the school.
7) In case, student from standard 1 to X do not report themselves at home in time, school or bus authorities will not be responsible for the same; we will responsible only for the student during their journey in the bus. School authorities can cannot be held responsible for any Mishap or delay in the transport reaching/returning due to any unforeseen circumstances.
8) Any changes in the bus timing will be notified to the circular or SMS to the parents.
9) Student should reach at least 10 minutes early on their stops. Bus will not wait for any student who will be late on the bus stop. Parents will have to make their own arrangement to come to school if your wards misses the bus.
10) Students should take care of their belongings, such as school bags, water bottle, raincoat, umbrella and sweater, as the bus authorities will not be responsible for the loss or damage.
11) Bus service are not mandatory. You may send the children by your own transport.
12) The bus fee is subject to increase.
13) Daily attendance is taken in the bus while coming on going. If you are taking your ward with you before the school timing you have to fill the gate pass and inform in school so that drivers get information that ward is not present in the bus on return.
14) Parents should come to pick up their wards on the stop, if they are not present on the stop the conductors will drop the warld on the particular stop, the school will not be responsible for any consequences after dropping the ward on his particular stop.
